Keith, In no way does there mistake have anything to do with you or effect the relationship. Unfortunately my age tends to hurt me in these situations, but this time I won't take it. This was a $23,000 dollar investment for me and I'm not going to allow them to damage it and say it was my fault. With all that being said I called Ford and they're going to take care of me.
