I called the folks today and they can work out a good deal to keep me in the complex, so I'm going to meet with them tomorrow. I asked if they could get me close to $700, she said they could be below $700. At least it's a good time to get looking, apartments have availability and want to fill it up, even if it's for a little less than they'd like.
I'm going to see one tomorrow, and this time, I'm getting covered parking.
