I think I may do this...try a 1/1 at my complex, save the deposits and crap. They will give me a good deal being a current resident and all. Then, I'll get a covered parking spot and my first month free. I'll use the money from my first free month to buy myself a washer/dryer. Plus, I wouldn't have to get a moving truck cause I could just carry my stuff to the next place.
