Has anyone had a good experience with a dealer on the dashboard recall/repair (01B78) ? Called John Eagle Lincoln Mercury last Wed. and left a message for a service rep. I was connected to named "John Castleberry". So far, no call back
Is there some one else down there I should ask for or is there another dealer someone's had this done at with positive results ? Thxs.
