We should raffle a Meguiars car cleaning kit...I know it's not Zaino, but it's still good. Is there any way we could purchase a raffle prize for a "discounted" entry fee for the National Meet? (Just a thought)

I am not sure on the races yet(bailey's b-day is sat)- and let me clarify- I go to Cowtown speedway to watch my bro drive on the dirt track....I know i have seen a black SVT out there before but couldn't figure out who it was. We will leave here around 5ish if we go. We will prolly go. I think Shelly wants to have Bailey's B-day on Sunday out here at the lake. Oh, and Kennedale is between Arlington and Fort Worth offof 287 bussiness.

I think we would prefer to try not to do that. The SCCA is charging us over 2k for the autocross. That's why we are trying to think up was to raise $. We don't want to charge $40 for the autocross (based on 50 cars). But Chris & I are liable for the money. The more we raise the better for everyone.
Most if not all the money from the registration fees are going to pay for other things. So if we discount entry fees we will have to make it up with autocross money. I like the idea and I am so happy you want to help.
As it stands right now we have the following things donated for auction:

Chris will do a set of headlights
A strut tower bar
Ed will detail your car
Indiglo gauges (I think)

We are going to sell the tickets for $5 each or 4 for $15. All of this money is totally for the autocross. We also thought we would sell sodas & waters at various places. So we need someone with a SAM's or Costco card.
We have to get people to come do this. It is open to anyone so be sure & tell your grandmother she can do this if she wants. We will gladly invite any car group to participate. We have extended an offer to Neco and gotten a good response. Plus the National meet is not solely for Contours but car enthusiasts everywhere.

About the auto cross this is what the $2k gets us.
Rental of the site
Insurance for the first 50 drivers (its an SCCA thing)
& the SCCA fee for setting this up

Any cars over 50 they will charge us $5 each for their insurance

I hope this helps.

We want to sell them at the show & shine and also the autocross. Possible at the hotel as well. People tend to hang out in the parking lot & look at each others cars. How could the boys refuse pretty girls like you & Lauren? I don't think they can so be warned I'm going to use you & your womanly ways to attract the boys & sell drinks!

I'm so glad we have "hot chicks" in the DFW group to exploit laugh
