This site has been very helpful to many people, [including me].
I feel the suggestions to turn this site into a membership [monthly rate] service - are wise and workable.
Just a small fee - perhaps $5 a month, would greatly eliminate frivolous traffic. At the same time it would improve the quality, not to mention the germaneness of all the posts etc..
I currently have close friends who run a small ISP, with available bandwidth. If we compensate appropriately, I am sure he will wave any collocation fee and allow contour.org to thrive.
Even if we only retain approximately 25 people, we are still looking at $125 per month, I imagine we could do even better..
I am a infrequent users of contour.org, however believe [at least for the foreseeable future 2+ yrs, contour.org should live.
Your thoughts Contour.org admins?
