I believe they are in CDROM format up to 91 model year and go to DVD format after that, as ford upgraded their system. The mechanics at your dealership usually subscribe to the service, and everytime there's an update, they get an entire new set sent to them. I've gotten a few of these 'castoff' sets for free, and have seen several of the older ones copied using a standard CD burner.

Wow DVD burner I just finally ugraded to CDRW, I'd still would like one, how about Ford training on OBD II/ etc. 29years at the phone company forced retired I need to learn something useful. One still needs food and shelter. and maitaining his toys. Paul
