They sound awefully good on the internet, how do they perform? Does anyone have one or has anyone seen an informative post about them? Can't wait to get back in town and start toying with the beast. mad

I have one in my SVT. I noticed a difference when I put it in. Best thing is that it takes out the rev limiter (very useful when you forget what gear you are in). Let me know if you want to check it out.

just a silly question,
what happens then when you reach the redline if the rev limiter is removed? does it just max out (stop revving further)? or does the fuel cut off?

They do a little bit of performance increase for the SVT's but they make a HUGE difference on the ATX'ed Contours (like mine).

Here is how to install it.

LOL well you can just keep your foot planted on the floor until the engine explodes laugh

Yes with a chip in there you need to be careful not to damage anything cool
