I'd definitely donate. Like a few of you have said, this site has saved me countless hours of labor and in turn, countless dollars. There's no way I'd let this site go without giving back to it, though no amount of money I could give would ever be worth as much as what I've gotten from the CEG as a whole

I will, however, try to take this willingness to help one step further... I have called my contacs, to see what they would be willing to do, as far as hosting a site on their T1's, for free... The "request" will be looked into, and i will have an answer, shortly...
Outcome only looks "marginal", but I am trying, and will continue to keep my eyes open.
Here's hoping..
Ray Okay.. Do you think that we could get down to about 800MB in size, with about 80GB/per month? Things might be looking good..

I like the idea of setting up a plan of action. However, I had a thought, don't know if it's possible or not. Could this be a non profit type venture? I mean get donations, or membership fees to pay for the bandwith and stuff but then donate the rest to a good charity? I don't know if this is more work then a for profit business or if it would even qualify, but just thought I'd check and see.

i think $25/yearly is fair.
i pay $40/yr for the MG forums, but that also comes with online discounts and a bi-monthly publication, "MG Driver".
i think about half that for this site is fair.
and i owe lance from last year too...

HUH!!! You guys lost me. About a week after I got my contour, my wife lost her job. A month later she finally got another. That month just plain killed me. BUT, this is one hobby I'm going to stick with even if I can't afford to. As you could probably see, I don't know jack **** about computers, so I'll have to stick with donating to whoever ends up with the site if Lance gives it up. Surely we can figure something out.
