I don't really listen much to my radio, but I will start.
With me being in Arlington, the best repeater would be 146.880 in Dallas, but it is pretty busy. A quieter one is the Texas Instruments repeater which is 145.430. Both can cover the distance from Arl to Carrollton. I can also try the Carrollton repeater at 145.210, but I don't know how far west it covers. We can just try some different ones.
