I think you'd be in either Novice Street 1-600 watt class (for 1st year competitors), or in Amateur Street 1-600 (for more experienced competitors.) If you go Novice Street 1-600 I know you'll have some competition in your class in Eureka (not sure about turnout at Downers Grove) which makes it more fun. Amateur Street 1-600 might be kinda lonely.

Bob I just wanted to make sure you understood where I was coming from...the internet can be hard to determine exactly what someone is saying...no facial expressions or voice characters to help.
ok can I choose the class i'm in or do they chooes it for me? If I choose a class will I have to stay in that class for the entire year?
