Just remembered something...I believe Ford changed the glove box liner in the 99 MY making unable to hold the bulb socket. Basically they filled in the hole where the socket would have gone. I know it was something along these lines but I'm not positive about the MY...it was either 99 & 00 or just 00. Open your glovebox, look up at the top of it, in the center, there should be a small hole(1/2" dia.).[/b]
My 99 SVT does not have a hole. Now I know why I had problems trying to do this mod!
