Lighter? Do you mean the heated handle for the 12v power outlet?

FWIW, Smoker's Package delete saved me $0. It was a "no cost" option in May 1997 on E0's.[/b]
Well it did not realy save me anything because they had a white contour on the lot for the same price as mine that had it but I think on the window sticker it was listed as costing about $10-$15 or so laugh

My car has the smoker's package, but when I bought it, the cigarette lighter was missing. Even though I don't smoke, I still wanted it(I didn't want to look at that empty socket on the console, and it'll make a great heat source should my car's heater fail laugh ). The salesman promptly swiped one out of another car on the lot. Thusly, I guess there is always at least one car on that lot without a lighter.

Now the lighter has been banished to the glove compartment to make room for my phone recharger. My "ash cup" has always been the change holder.

So that "second cupholder" is supposed to be a cigarette butt holder? Sheesh. One time, I accidently forgot and put a cup full of Dr Pepper in it - yeah, it tipped shocked

P.S. For those of you who like to keep your car "clean" looking and hide your change, I use an empty Altoids case to put the change in. It fits perfectly underneath the e-brake.
