My car has the smoker's package, but when I bought it, the cigarette lighter was missing. Even though I don't smoke, I still wanted it(I didn't want to look at that empty socket on the console, and it'll make a great heat source should my car's heater fail  ). The salesman promptly swiped one out of another car on the lot. Thusly, I guess there is always at least one car on that lot without a lighter. Now the lighter has been banished to the glove compartment to make room for my phone recharger. My "ash cup" has always been the change holder.
