Well guys, as it often happens in life, after all the harassment by the Police, they finally pulled me over last Sunday. I was extremely ticked off, and now I am in some serious, serious trouble. I am not gonna say much else here, other than that this threatens to ruin my entire career. Sorry guys, I am not gonna be at the track on Tuesday, as you never know who may be watching... (Read between the lines here gentlemen) I am ****ed, bigtime!!!

Grab a lawyer, whatever it is, grab one. Save your a$$ in the long run. Trust me, the IL. Judicial system is slow, and it sucks. So whatever it is, it may not be as bad as it seems.

I thought I was totally SCREWED a couple years ago (possibly the same situation your in now) but I got a lawyer... $2000 in fines and $500 for the lawyer and I was off the hook.

Some advise from a guy , who was in some VERY hot water 13 years ago.

Show up to the court early so you can talk to the head DA before your court case is called . The DA's job is to get rid of as many cases as possible so not to slow up the court system any more . You would be shocked if you knew what people have done and had their case thrown out.

The only time the DA's office will not "bargain" is when they have the arresting officer writen objection on file about the case . BUT if the "cop" does not show up on your court day the court again will consider a lesser charge or dismiss it all together .... GOOD luck

what court house are you going to go to? i have a friend who has a killer lawyer that knows most of the DAs at the rolling meadows court house. good luck man!
