Spotted: A silver SVT usually parked on Clerendon Ave (Halsted) near Irving Park in Chicago ('da city). It is in nasty shape and needs a "rescue"! It has cheap tires on the E0 rims and the bumper is torn. Also the interior looks like a messy locker room.
