Daily driver running 15lbs? Uhhhh yea. Its not a high number,let me put it in words you can understand. A 4lb L. pulley, filter and chip, will bring any L to run around 14psi. Those are dailydrivers. Like I said once you start hitting 20s+, then your looking at some nice boost, and still a Dailydriver. The JDM M116, will bring the L to 22psi, and thats just with the blower, and no pulley.

A high number is 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 :p

I'm gonna call BS on the original poster, since the 03 Cobras had not even shipped from Dearborn Assembly until the 4th . . .
I'm guessing someone mistook an 01 for an 03 . . .
