I have heard of dealership sunroof instlations, and they contract them out, and half the time you know more on how to do it then the guy that instals it because he will either cut the whole to big or 2 small and there is nothing the dealership can do because the contract it out, and the contractor have a clean slate because they are no liable for anything. This happed to my friend who took it to a ford dealership and the A$$ hole that did it cut the whole 4in. to big. My friend was pissed but he way sh*t out of luck.
