Take the class, I was in court one day for a battery charge in the Skokie Courthouse and I heard a lady judge tell someone that the police arent required to show you the gun, and she she said she wanted a court date the judge said "Are you sure you want to argue with Laser Technology"
Pay the $95.00, take the class and keep it off your record.
