Just got out of one of these in this friggen state. Here's what you do. GO TO COURT! Tell your side of the story, if he doesn't buy it, ask for "court supervision" Basically all this means is you will pay the fine and go to a 4 hour drivers safety class. If he gives you the court supervision it will NOT GO TO YOU INSURANCE COMPANY. I Just went through this a month ago or so and it worked. If you need verification.
