Almost ANY shop will take a cat off and replace it without question. Doesnt have to do with shady.. Hell a high flow cat is one of the basic upgrades on any car or truck.

the shop needs to replace a cat with a cat. hi flow, stock replacement, or other... it is illegal to remove the cat on a street car, so any reputable shop doesn't want that liability.
