anyone have their license revoked or know anyone that has....i am suppose to get mine back in may but i have to go through a stupid hearing w/a hearing officer...last time i had a hearing to try to get a work permit, they wouldn't give me one cuz i guess i didn't explain how i am goin to be a better driver even though i said just about everything imaginable to try to get it....if anyone has experience w/this hearing pleez help me..i really want my license in may so i can drive legally.

ah speeding... my friend got pulled over doing 100+ ... then on his way to court for that ticket, which he was going to loose his license regardless, got pulled over doing 100+ again because he was running late for court. he lost his license for i think he said 3 years.

Had my license since Jan. 95. Of the 7+ yrs of driving, I was suspended for over 4+yrs... Hearings are all about them seeing how well you suck - up of course... It's really up to the hearing officer man, and if you have your day with them they might just feel sorry for you and let you drive. Otherwise, forget it! Oh yeah, the younger you are the worse it is. I've had six hearings, and only once did they let me drive. Good luck man, and remember to be totally cool in there. No jokes, no comments, just straight forward. The more serious you appear, the greater your chances.

Court sucks. It seems like yesterday I went to court for that whole '100 in a 55' ticket. How I liked spending all that money for being stupid.
