man i would say spend the dough ray mi get a second key made...
my mommy has a 2000 taurus and someone at work stole her keys and took them home for 2 days
and she had to have a key made so she could drive her car home....it took the locksmith guy like 2hrs to get the codes or something and program a key that would work to start the car...and she was working graveyard just to add to the drama of the nite...
i wish my car had that system instead of the stupid 'gotta-disarm-the-remote-everytime-i-get-in-the-car' system thats built in now
