Alright people I dont mean to push the point but if someone is going to repesent for the Contours from this board I need them to speak up very soon here. I need to start working on this soon as it will take a little bit to get everything together and I want enough time from when everything is set to the date fo the race so that the turnout can be good. Let me know if anyone here is interested. A few people I thing expressed interest but no one has said anything definate.

Steve -- 99% sure I won't have a 'tour but I think I could still help out.

Well even though you dont have a Tour at the moment I think most here would still consider you one of them. So if there arent any problems with you being the voice of Tour owners I am cool with that.

What would be involved?

Coming to a few meeting in Schaumburg. Everyone is going to exchange phone #'s thats part of the deal. It will take way too long to get it done posting and e-mailing back and forth. Basically putting in your vote on some of the issues that have to address. Each person representing their group will be responsible for posting the info once it is all decided so I dont have to type the same message over half a dozen times which would take more time then I have these days. Thats about all I can think of at the moment. Really shouldnt be too much more then that.

when will you guys be out at schaumburg? im always out there for work and i might be able to make it out there

Ok heres the deal Dan. I am looking at next Saturday, not this one coming. At Cue Can Do in Schaumburg at the Corner of Irving Park and Wise road. I know one of the people involved cannt make it till the evening. Seeing as I was thinking about making an evening out of so we can have a little fun and get to know each other I am thinking around 8-9 pm. Think you can manage that? You planning on coming SVTNOS? I am always there on Saturdays after 9. Stop on by any time to hang. Let me know guys.

Ok here it is for sure. Next Saturday at Cue Can Do at 8 pm. As for the race date I think we are looking at a late April date between the tracks schedule and my own. Dont want to be there on a big event day and fighting for track time to get our own race in. Let me know if there are any problems with meeting ok.

Little bit of info to begin with. The date has been set for Saturday April 20th. With a rain date for the following Saturday April 27th. Time trials will start at 10am. I have to get ahold of Dan and talk with him. More info will be on its way shortly.
