Here's some of the early info on it. I am changing it up a little for this year. First off I am opening it up to all American made small cars. Not sure yet how the name will change. So I need some help in finding any Escort and Focus sites to get the word out. If you know of any please let me know. Second I am looking into it being bracket racing this year. With 2 class's to make it as fair as I can for everyone. Third I am looking into suppling trophies this year for the race. It looks as though those will have to come out of my pocket at this point. Third I am looking for someone from this board to be a represtive. To be on sort of a board to help put this together. I want input from all sides on this. Again this is for fairness. So it cannt be said that it was put together to favor any one group. It will have to be someone that will be able to meet up with me and everyone else on either a saturday or sunday as this is the only days I can do this right now. Also phone #'s will have to be exchanged once we all meet face to face to keep in contact. I will discuss all the details that I have once we meet. It will be at Byron again. I am looking into late April or early May for the date. So whoever is interested in being on the planning comittee please let me know. I will be taking one maybe two people from this board to help. I am hoping for this to be bigger and better this year so I will be looking to have including myself between 7-10 people invovled. So start givng me some web sites to go to and let me who is interested in helping out. Be keeping touch with all of you more often, Steve

Well the race is going to be for American made only but maybe if everyone agree's we can have a separate part of the event that will be for what we will call "friendly grudge racing". What do you think? I think it could be another part fo the event that could be alot of fun. I ll race you bracket style. Heads up, well I think we all know whats gonna happen there. I am little out gunned there.

Just curious seeing as you were there last year. Why do you think you wont probable wont go. Would love to have you come out and race. If you arent going to race at least come out and cheer your other Contour buddies on.

hey ron that is just the thing, we are all kidding around. did you see any of the pics in the off-topic of kev and myself? what a freggin riot! everyone is here to have fun it is just others dont have a sense of humor, and like the drama.
