There's a pin in the connector on the cruise control module which the Haynes manual shows is for the cruise control light (since the Mondeo
does have a light).
I've never actually checked to see if there's a wire on this pin. Probably not.
It might be interesting to put a test light on it and see if it lights when the cruise control is turned on.
