all you need is stand-alone engine management to run high boost with high compression. a unit such as Electromotive's TECH II will give you what u need for high boost. there are quite a few hondas running 10-11:1 compression ratios with 10-15psi of boost too, some even with NOS also. so it is possible if you take the right steps.
