Why is it that there are so many Mass plates? I see white with green nos., white with red, white with blue, The Spirit of America, etc. Do you just get to keep your plates until they aren't readable anymore?
I for one was happy to get the new Chickadee plates instead of the lobster! Maine was the only state to have a dead animal on their license plates!
