Same here. The problem is that many MA drivers still have their 30-year-old plates (when only one plate was issued). This rule was only instituted when they started doing two plates for a car (about 10 years ago).
I wish I lived in Georgia!!!! Apart from the culture shock, the lack of 'silly' rules would be nice!
