ever hear of talking care of your cars??? My dad has owned many fords, GM's and dodges in his 65+ years and has NEVER had any serious issues with any of them. hate to tell you buying "german" doesn't mean SH**.... every car out there gets parts for ALL the same places the big car manufactures don't make alot of their parts. my next door neighbor has owned ALOT of german cars and he has had all the same problems with them as people have with the big 3 american companies. drive out to aurora and goto aurora bearing and ask them who they make bearings for and they will tell you everone... GM, ford, dodge, vw, honda, subaru, toyota, and the list goes on. and seriously you think someone who pays 2 or three time what a tour cost to get german would bi**h as much as you guys do???? no they wouldn't cause people would laugh their ass off at you fo spending soo much on a car and having problems. some day you will learn every car manufacture has problems with their cars. I work with a guy that got rid of the all mighty honda cause it was as reliable as everyone says they are with less than 50k on the clock it was in the shop almost all the time. he has a VW now and he says it is better but buying it used there was alot of cash he had to dump into it to fix it up and it is a 99.

HEY you ( NoFordsAgain) take your smack talk and get your ass out of the chi-town section before we all come out east and leave tire marks up your ass FOOL!! we are a close knit group and don't appreciate your comments we all like our cars.

i am from chicago, and i have met all of you in the group at meets, I do agree with him, as much as i love my car, it is the biggest piece of crap i've ever owned,i could make a list also, but their is no point. im not going to waste my time. don't bash the guy for giving his opinion, for a lot of us it is true. maybe not in your case, but ron has has problems, i have has problems and almost every person i've met has has problems with their contours. if you haven't, god bless your heart, you're one lucky SOB. i have dumped over 4k in this car in the 14months that i've owned it. the guy isn't an a--hole for saying what he did! He voiced his opinion, and that is what this site is here for.

no he's a ******* for posting the same **** in 6 different places on the ceg site ive never met you and if youve spent that much fixing your car then i think you have a problem, and your right he can state his opinion but in the right forum not here !!! this aint the damn problem section!

i guess im lucky cuz i ACTUALLY bought my car new not used and didnt have to worry about how someone else treated the car before me... ive worked for ford ,gm ,subaru ,suzuki ive seen all this kind of crap in all of those car lines it aint just ford boys

Hey, every car has its problems. If you wanted a super-dependable car, you should've bought Japanese.
