You are still basically a number to them, but they have done their best to keep me happy. The only dealer I really had a great experience with was Mangold Ford in Eureka, IL (where I bought my SVT). brokendownsvt Member B Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 109 chicago	i can tell you, woodfield ford sucks...i went in there once, and talked to a dealer who owned a csvt...he was a shady ba$t@rd...his brother had a cobra...both of them worked there, both were jag offs..but, they are not an svt dealership, so i wouldnt really trust them....bredeman ford in glenview is an svt dealership...i walked through their service department one day when i was picking up a set of brake pads...i saw a 93t-bird sc, a 97 stang gt (modded), and an 87stand lx (heavily modded) in there...id check them out...plus, they let me take out a cobra one day in traffic, and didnt care how many times i fishtailed around a turn...

svtnos Member S Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,932 Chicagoland	bredeman ford WONT service your car there unless you bought the car from them! my dad bough 2 other fords from there but not mine and wuldnt touch my car. took it to the top... the owner has permisson from ford because its a small service center. they gave my brother crap for his small mods done to his stang there... his was bought there... the only place i kinda liked the service was Landmark Ford on Touhy... they are also a Saleen dealership now... 99 svt contour -its fast. period. 91 mustang gt -its faster. period. 86 Buick Grand National - its way faster, double period!

Their work is pretty good(not perfect by any means)but they haven't screwed anything up yet. Also, my car is always left immaculate when they are thru with it. Also, the guy at the payment desk seems pretty cool. (So, I take it you haven't sold your car yet?) Adrian 1999 Black/Tan SVT SVT #? Born on 8/03/99 the loan.

I got my SVT from Mangold's and they are the only ones that I let touch the car for anything. They do good work there and just built a huge addition to the building for new service bays.
