I use Willowbrook Ford myself. Their service has been decent. You are still basically a number to them, but they have done their best to keep me happy.
The only dealer I really had a great experience with was Mangold Ford in Eureka, IL (where I bought my SVT). But I doubt folks want to travel to Peoria for oil changes!
