the police in chicago have better things to do, then write up tickets for 100 people for watching street racing. I have seen cops watch street racing with my own eyes, it does happen occaisionally, never seen it in the place you shouldnt have mentioned nitros.
Most of the time the police will just break up the races/crowds to discourage people from racing.
but like nitros said, do something else on your own, run a red light, a stop sign, and they'll bust you. thats REAL common.
