1st rule about street racing: dont talk about street racing!
Dont post locations on a public board, so every dumshyt with a hyudai will show up with 56 of thier loudest freinds.
I dont mean to sound like some know it all, but the people i've met and hung out with this summer in the city say that its been way to crowded most nights to have any decent, remotely safe, racing.
For anyone who does head down to chinatown to hang out, look for the group of subarus, im with them sometimes, stop by and say hi.
