If all else fails... could always move to
www.ezboard.com or someplace similar...
There are a lot of pop-ups... but if you go to
www.panicware.com and get their pop-up stopper then you don't ever see them. Or with a few donations you can upgrade to "gold status" and get rid of the ads... There are a few heavy traffic sites up on there like the RiceCop forum for example...
We would lose the archives that we currently have of course, but its better than nothing.
