I am not sure how your wheel well looks but if it is close or the same as the SVT you are not going to be ok unless it is 215/40R18 and even then it is not perfect. Since the last meet I have taken my back wheels off and used tin snips to cut out some of my plastic wheel well and also used a power sander to shave the fender lips in about 1/2 an inch. It was about a 3 hour job and the result is now I can put people in the back and haven't rubbed at all since.
I was so happy, but before that the fender lip was cutting up my tires when I would hit a bump and rub the inside of the wheel well. But my car was dropped also and that i am sure that didn't help. If you get 18's just be prepared to maybe work on the wheel wells a little.
