Looks good. Your reviews aren't linked properly though. They are hard coded to hit your E drive.

You also hard coded the web address into your code. You can just use a href="reviews.html" rather than href="http://www.ncsu-scc.com/reviews.html"
I didn't make it beyond the first page, but looks good so far other than that.
