FastTrnsam,
I am sure that I am rather nieve when it comes to the after market of the grand am.. however I dont think I will have a problem with STOCK grand am gt's.. whats the fastest stock GT??? 15.7??? 15.5 maybe?? I ran a 15.1 99% stock.. K&N cone.... I will be in the high 14's this time so I think that I can play rather well... ACtually shooting for a 14.8 or better... I know I am not the fastest guy out there between the SVt's and the Grand Am's, but I am rather proud of having an SUV that can run 14's and give some nice cars a run for their money on the street... I ran a 9.5 1/8th mile if it means anything to you...I doubt that a grand am or stock svt can match that... I am not flaming, just defending my position! I am looking forward to seeing this go down...
Your also right about the GC weighing more than the R/T.. however my allwheel drive will make up for that weight difference while the R/T is spinning it's tires.... Thats why many STock GC's out run Stock R/T's on the street and strip.... TRACTION
