If you mean the side read door windws, no way. Look at all the SUV's and minivans with factory tinted glass. Anyway, the guys above are correct. 4" strip across the top of the front (driver's and front passenger) windows, 4" strip across the windshield and no limit on the back side or rear windows unless you have a doctor's note explaining your eye's sensitivity to light.
