Heres the story.
Ive been trying to sell my tour. This guy calls me and wants to buy it. I go to his credit union to finalize the loan. We finish and im walking out of the credit union with the check for the car.
I back out of my parking space then this dumb lady backs into my driver side rear fender.
She left some nice dents and scratches.
So she offers me money but i say hell no im calling the cops.
The cop says its her fault.
The ****ty part is that i had to give back the check to the credit union and get the car fixed before i can finish the sale of the car.
Talk about bad timing!!!
I shouldnt have to pay the deductable right?
