Limo: found one of the few places around that has a BLACK Escalade limo.... I'll find the name... its not cheap.
Photographer: we're using Fox Portrait studios because they are resonably priced, and we've had friends have great results with them - being a photographer myself I was pretty picky, but all of the albums we saw looked great, except one - and we were able to request "not this photographer".
DJ is a friend of the family, so thats not real helpful...
Florist I don't know...
