Hey, I saw this red svt the other day with 4 bent rims, a huge shopping cart wing that sticks out like 5" past the edge of the car, it had some white grills on it that look like they were painted with white out, the front grill ring was painted with a spray can and the dash looked like it had been repainted about 10 times. Ohh, and it was missing a side skirt. Does anyone know who's car it was?
