Well I have no warranty now so no spring zing for me but I am taking the day off of work to bring the brocken trans to "THE MAN" mr. Terry Haines so it can be fixed and fitted with some new stuff. So hey that all sounds peachy right well since I had not planed on this I have to borrow money from mom and pops and well they say sure no problem you just cant drive the car till we are paid off So anyways just wanted to share some of frustraion with the rest of the group sorry I was really looking forward to showing her off at spring zing and all of our gatherings.

But on the good side the car will be much more depedable, ALOT harder to brake, and should be quicker too.

I dont think the transmissions I build or convert with a Quaife are a 'paperweight' at all..I'm a little offended by that...and who else in Mi does this type of work???....bloody Tuffy Muffler!

Lets get something straight here,I have transmissions in & thru my shop from all over the USA,all MTX75's,some from dealers ,some from trans shops.I have whole cars sent here by transporter from Ca,Tx,etc can you guess why!!!There comes a point where 4 hrs on a Saturday with a wrench & a 6 pack doesn't get it!!! So when you are ready call me..I maybe all you have!

Terry, I think Dave was referring to his old trans as a paperweight. He knows you are his only hope...thats why he is coming to you! We will see you today sometime in the afternoon. We'll be driving the big 8 pasenger dodge van with the 350 and the paperweight in the back
