It sounds sad but I dont have enough money right now to put a new one in. I'm a single father in college...money is extremely tight.
Or would I be better off to try and pay to repair it then sell it. I mean, I know I wouldnt buy a car if it didn't have a clutch...cant even test drive it before you buy it.
If I DON'T repair it what do you think I could get? It's a 99 with 44k miles on it. The car runs absolutely great. Silver Frost/Midnight Blue.
Someone could probably get a steal..buy it cheap from me then put a new clutch in and probably save some good $$$.
I owe roughly $4000 on the car. Say I got 10k for it payed off the loan. I could find a decent car for 6k.

-nealYour problem sounded more like a hydraulics failure. If your pedal is mush, and it will not release the clutch when fully pressed in I would guess you have some major air in there, or sprung a leak - neither of which I could see being the new clutches fault (unless your new throw out bearing failed). I would think a hydraulic hose came loose or something, did you check the amount of fluid in the brake cylinder?
The grizzly kit uses stock ford sourced pressure plates and TOB's IIRC, so talk with the dealer who did the install, it may be there fault, but even if it was the TOB or pressure plate, if you can show it was a Ford part maybe they'll be kind???
