Okay - my "favorite" oil filter now has a duratec application:

98% Single Pass Effic.
99% Multi Pass Effic.
Screen Over Bypass Valve - filters "some" even during high pressure startup bypass
Synthetic Glass & Cellulose Filter Media
Silicone Anti Drain back Valve
PTFE Coated Exterior Gasket
Handy Textured End for good grip to hand loosen

Only costs about $5

But, it's a Fram!?!?! It's the tough gaurd, not the trash extra gaurd. Ive been using them on my 96 Neon with ~80k miles exclusively without a single clatter at start up.

Anyway, 'till I see anyone come even close to those filter efficiencies for less than twice the price, I'll be using a Fram.

154hp / 156 tq before the SVT exhaust, SVT dual honed upper and swapping the mystery main cat for mystery precats.
