Well at 8:15 a.m. it looks like we have (4) cars coming from our area, maybe more Looks like were going to have a good time today, looking forward to meeting some of the newer CEG-ers, as well as the usual suspects :p

Talk about Murphy's Law. On this most perfect day for an outdoor car meet, something has come up and I can't attend. Oh well, hope you people all have a good time. Oh and here's a thought- whoever knows where that scenic drive is along the riverbank (just turn left off N. Main St. before the US23 entrance ramp) must take everybody there for a BLAAAAAST... some nice fast chicanes there for everyone who wants to experience first-hand the Contour's pretty neutral balance that turns into lift-off oversteer at higher speeds... woohoo! Almost wiped out there when I first got my b*itch doing 90+ through a quick chicane. I lifted off slightly and the tail s*w*u*n*g out- great fun. I have seen what that type of tomfoolery can do to cars if you're not prepared to catch it, i.e. many of them end up in the ditch- be careful, folks...

Hey man I'm in the same boat as you and I'm planning on showing up!! Bring her down!! I think the fact that you own a Contour is reason enough to show up at a meet.

Everyone on here is nice and will show you what to do and how to do it and everything. You even make some good friends along the way, assuming you're not an ass hole, but I think you'll be okay
