I'm taking my freinds keys back to him and I'm in a parking lot on a slight incline. I pull the parking brake and get out to hand him his keys. MY CAR STARTS TO ROLL DOWN THE HILL. I sprint after it and get in in time to slow it before it hits a red ZX2. I have a huge hole in my front bumper. So my question is.....are Tour E-brakes ****? What the hell happened? The only thing I can guess is that it wasn't pulled ALL the way, but what the hell?!?!

at least if you claim this you can get your hood fixed too prolly and kill two birds.. how bad is the scort and do ya have to pay for it? good luck with that crap, I know how aggrivating it feels
