No one lowers a Contour as fast or as well as me HA HA!  Getting the A'PEXi out of the way first is definitely advised. There's to much BS with installing it to have the car on stands with to fat greasey fools trying to rip your springs out at the same time!  j/k I don't mind working on your car, but you must have patience grasshopper!
