Nobody said that. Try again.

No, he got flamed because he was ignorant. Try again.

But, remember this...if your car's paint is faded, odxidized, or pitted, then no amount of polish will be able to cure that....not even the wonderpolish everyone peddles on here.
You're just trying to hard now.

WTF does that have to do w/ auto polish?
Hey JVT, or Jugs, or what ever your name is this week...

If you don't know the importance of polish in auto repair and restoration, then I have nothing left but sympathy for you.

And you're calling someone else ignorant? Man, if that's not the pot calling the kettle black...

I know you are kidding here, but honestly, this is really what you guys sound like.

haha. Extreme and I may have blasted Zaino,
Yes, you guys have blasted Zaino, with no sound reasoning, other than "it sucks" (well, there was the "expensive" comments, but those have been covered)

I don't think anyone is representing it as the end all and be all; only that it is a high quality car polish, that is easy to use, offers great performance, and is really no more expensive than any other car wax/polish "system".

No, extreme got disagreed with because he went against some people's opinion; he got flamed because his method of offering his opinion was denigrating to those opposed to it, and also offering no reason or merit to it. ie the Zaino supporters said, "I like it, it works good and is easy to use" where extreme said "it sucks, because I said so." I seem to remember sommeone else w/ the same style of debate . . .

OMG, you must be freaking Einstien, did you figure this out yourself? None of the regular Zaino products are abrasive at all, and requires paint in acceptable condition before it can do its job properly. Same as any traditional wax.
Also keep in mind, you can only use rubbing compound or high speed polishing so many times before the paint gets too thin . . . Everything has its limitations.

This thread is getting ridiculous, give me reasons WHY you guys think Zaino sucks if you want to have your opinions considered. ie put up or shut up.

Extreme, 99svtguy, you guys may use products/techniques that work well, but are they the only ones? No one ever said zaino was for everyone, nobody is gonna force you to use it.

It's all about balance.

He was simply pointing out you bringing up that since someone has restored BMWs, Mercedes, etc for 20 years (even though they are ignorant of certain existing products) is irrelevant to this argument. A 15 year old who has tried everything and can make a fair comparison is still wiser than a 50 year old who uses one product (not singling out anyone) and is ignorant of the rest out there.

Your statement was way too vague for me to infer he did all the paintwork and finishing touches himself....

Sorry if you think that's ignorant.

In the end, he STILL has no experience w/ Zaino. That's what my argument is all about.

Is that all you got on me in this entire thread? Come on.

I'm not well versed in wax but name one that can be put on in full sun?????

Zaino can and dries quicker!

I've used both McGuire's and Zaino's clay bar, the McGuires stuck like bubble gum.
