i guess its all on how you look at it....i've always considered ricers any small car "riced" out...i.e. exaust, bodykit...and what not...but if the owner like the stuff they do to it....why stop them? i know, i know...there is a civic DX up here with a HUGE alluminum wing on the lid...but its got a SIR badge, so it must be sweet...anywayz. i don't, however, consider all japenese cars reicer...i mean my aunt drives an accord...anything from a rice car...but whatever..
